Teacher Portal Overview
The Teacher Portal provides all the tools you need to manage your class, post exam results, track attendance, and communicate with colleagues.
Before You Begin
Your account must be verified by your school principal before you can access the Teacher Dashboard. You'll receive an email notification once your account is approved.
Dashboard Overview
When you log in, you'll see your Teacher Dashboard with quick stats and navigation cards:

Post Exam Results
Upload exam results in bulk using CSV files with automatic KNEC grade calculation
View & Manage Results
View, edit, and delete exam results with analytics and export options
Manage Students
Verify students, edit information, and manage class rosters
Virtual Classroom
Host live online classes with real-time video conferencing and automatic attendance tracking
Attendance
Mark daily attendance and track student presence
Student Promotion
Promote students to the next form at year end
Lesson Planner
Plan lessons and organize your teaching schedule

Your Profile
Click your profile icon in the top right to:
- View your profile details
- Update profile picture
- Change password
- See your assigned subjects and class
