Manage Teachers
Approve new teachers, manage existing staff, assign classes, and handle teacher suspensions.
Teacher Verification
When teachers register for your school, they appear in the pending list for your approval. You control who has access to your school's data.

Approving Teachers
- Go to Manage Teachers from the sidebar
- View the Pending tab
- Review teacher details:
- Name and email
- Requested subjects
- Requested class assignment
- Click Approve to grant access
- Or click Reject with a reason

Deny with reason
Suspend
Temporarily disable
Managing Verified Teachers
Viewing Teacher List
The Verified tab shows all approved teachers with:
- Teacher name and email
- Assigned class(es)
- Subjects they teach
- Number of students in their class
- Status indicator
Reassigning Classes
- Click on a teacher row
- Click Reassign
- Select new class assignment
- Confirm the change
Suspending a Teacher
Temporarily disable a teacher's access:
- Click Suspend on the teacher
- Provide a suspension reason
- Confirm suspension
- Teacher loses dashboard access
Removing a Teacher
Permanently remove a teacher from the system:
- Click Remove on the teacher
- Review affected students (if any)
- Optionally assign a replacement teacher
- Provide removal reason
- Confirm removal
Warning: Removing a teacher is permanent. Consider suspension for temporary situations.
Reactivating Suspended Teachers
- Go to the Suspended tab
- Find the teacher
- Click Reactivate
- Optionally reassign a class
- Confirm reactivation
Filtering and Search
Use filters to find specific teachers:
- Search - By name or email
- Status Filter - All, Verified, Pending, Suspended
- Class Filter - By assigned class
Action Logs
All teacher management actions are logged for audit purposes:
- Approval/rejection timestamps
- Suspension reasons
- Class reassignments
- Removal records
