View and coordinate school timetables. Monitor teacher schedules and ensure efficient allocation of classrooms and teaching resources.
Timetable Overview
As principal, you can view all teacher timetables and class schedules. Teachers manage their own timetables through the Teacher Portal, and the data is visible to you in the Principal Dashboard.
Viewing Timetables
Access Options
- Navigate to Principal Dashboard
- Select Timetable from the sidebar
- Choose viewing mode: By Teacher, By Class, or School-wide
View Modes
- By Teacher - See a specific teacher's weekly schedule
- By Class - View all lessons for a particular class
- By Day - See all activities for a specific day
- School Overview - High-level view of all schedules

Timetable Information
Each Slot Contains
- Subject - The subject being taught
- Teacher - Assigned teacher's name
- Class - Which class is being taught
- Room - Classroom or lab assignment

Timetables use color coding for easy identification:

Managing Conflicts
The system helps identify scheduling conflicts:
- Teacher Double-Booking - Same teacher assigned to two classes at the same time
- Room Conflicts - Multiple classes in the same room
- Missing Assignments - Periods without assigned teachers
Teacher Timetable Management
Individual teachers manage their own timetables through the Teacher Portal. They input their class schedules, and the data aggregates in your dashboard for school-wide visibility.
