Manage Students

View all students in your school, edit their information, and manage enrollment.

Student Overview

As a principal, you have access to all students across your school. The student management page shows:

Roster
Complete student list
Stats
Enrollment & distribution

Viewing Students

The student list displays:

  • Student name
  • Email address
  • Admission number
  • Current class/form
  • Verification status
  • Date enrolled

Filtering Students

Use the filter controls to narrow down the list:

  • Form - Filter by form level (1, 2, 3, 4)
  • Class - Filter by specific class (e.g., Form 3A)
  • Search - Search by name, email, or admission number
  • Status - Filter by verification status

Editing Student Information

Unlike teachers (who can only edit students they approved), principals can edit any student:

  1. Find the student in the list
  2. Click the edit icon next to the field
  3. Enter the new value
  4. Click save (✓) to confirm

Editable Fields

  • Student Name
  • Email Address
  • Admission Number
  • Class Assignment

Student Statistics

View enrollment statistics at the top of the page:

Active
Pending
Waitlist
Forms
Distribution

Bulk Actions

Perform actions on multiple students:

  • Select multiple students using checkboxes
  • Apply bulk class reassignment
  • Export selected students to CSV
